MVP Sports Science Institute is a science and research based performance and wellness center that specializes in customized exercise prescription to assist athletes and individuals in reaching and maintaining their performance and wellness goals.

Our success is unparalleled in the industry and is achieved by our extensive experience and intuitive ability to accurately and skillfully test and evaluate an athlete's baseline talent, determine and identify their body type, and classify muscle type predominance. While many former athletes believe they can work with athletes, our coaches apply their extensive educations from Northwestern and Yale University, as well as our additional certifications and continuing education, to provide athletes and their family with a medically based, sports performance approach to allow athletes to remain safe and healthy as they work to achieve their desired goals.

It's only after objectively ranking the athlete amongst their peers and educating the athlete and their family on their status and immediate needs and priorities can the rationale of the individualized program be understood and then implemented. We individually test athletes and provide video analysis in the performance of speed, power, and overall athleticism. During this video analysis, the MVP coaches instruct the client and their family on proper running technique and the biomechanics that are required to succeed in their sport. Based on this individualized film analysis, we create customized exercise prescription to improve and enhance the athlete’s development and overall success. The emphasis is on efficient, safe training that focuses on the athlete’s specific needs so not to waste the athletes' precious limited time. It is our belief that it is more important to “Work smarter not harder! It's Science now, not effort!”
